We Are RAM Construction was appointed to undertake refurbishment works at Parkholme, 2 Fairfield Road, Eastbourne. The project involved extensive alterations and upgrading works within the property, including bathroom works, internal alterations, plastering, electrical works, plumbing and general refurbishment.

The project involved an evolving scope as the refurbishment progressed. Additional works were identified beyond the original schedule, including floor and joist works, further plastering, ceiling alterations and additional plumbing-related items.
The original documentation also identified the need for a structural engineer to determine whether walls affected by the proposed alterations were non-structural.
The works therefore required coordination between several trades, including building, plumbing, electrical and finishing works, while incorporating changes and additional requirements as the refurbishment developed.
RAM progressed a comprehensive programme of refurbishment and improvement works across the property. A February 2024 valuation records numerous core elements at 100% completion, including enabling works, internal wall alterations, door opening works, the combination boiler, plaster skimming, soundproofing, SVP alterations and the listed electrical installation works.
